After a few years of sharing my thoughts on other platforms - Google+, Twitter, Facebook, etc. I have decided to come back home to my blog as my primary place to write out long form posts. I found that it was difficult to be using multiple social platforms, since each platform was only a portion of my audience.
Of course, now I will need to do the work of posting here, and then linking back here from each of the various platforms, but at least I will have one central location. Plus, I get to manage all of the data here, on my server.
In recent years I have become very interested in the work of Jeff Hawkins and Numenta, specifically their work on Hierarchical Temporal Memory. As I continue to explore this world, I plan to post here my thoughts, opinions, and findings.
